4.4. Subscription Periods: We offer subscription periods of 7, 21, or 31 days. Your chosen subscription period begins once payment is successfully processed and confirmed by our system.

4.5. Activation and Access: Your subscription will be activated once we have confirmed successful payment processing. In the rare event that we are unable to confirm payment, we will notify you, and your subscription will not be activated until the payment issue is resolved.

4.6. Pricing and Taxes: All prices displayed on BasisExamenOnline.nl are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time, but any changes will only apply to future purchases and will not affect your current subscription.

4.7. No Auto-Renewal: Our subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your access will expire at the end of your subscription period. To continue using our services, you will need to purchase a new subscription.

4.8. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, we do not provide refunds for any unused portion of your current subscription period. Your access will continue until the end of your current subscription period.

4.9. Promotional Offers: Any promotional or discounted subscriptions are subject to the specific terms and conditions of that offer.

4.10. Payment Disputes: If you dispute any charges, you must let us know within sixty (60) days after the date that we charge you. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any disputed charges until the dispute is resolved.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.2. Expiration of Withdrawal Right: Your right of withdrawal expires once you have accessed more than two exams or tests provided by our service. This is because accessing exams constitutes the beginning of the performance of services and the provision of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

5.3. Limited Refund Eligibility: If you have accessed two exams or fewer and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within the 7-day period from your subscription start date. To be eligible for a refund:

• You must not have accessed more than two exams.
• Your request must be made within 7 days of your subscription start date.
• You may provide a reason for your refund request, which helps us improve our services.

5.4. Forfeiture of Refund Right: If you access more than two exams, you acknowledge that you forfeit your right to a refund. This is because you have received a substantial portion of the service you purchased.

5.5. Consent to Immediate Access: By purchasing a subscription, you explicitly consent to immediate access to our digital content. You acknowledge that this immediate access, combined with accessing more than two exams, will result in the loss of your right to withdraw and obtain a refund.

5.6. Refund Process: If you are eligible for and request a refund, we will process it within 14 days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

5.7. Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period.

5.8. Cancellation Without Refund: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but if you do so after the 7-day withdrawal period or after accessing more than two exams, you will not be eligible for a refund. Your access will continue until the end of your current subscription period.

5.9. Fraudulent Use: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts and deny refund requests if fraudulent or unauthorized use is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing account access, attempting to circumvent exam limits, or any other violation of our Terms of Service.

5.10. Exceptions: In cases of technical issues on our part that severely impact your ability to use the service, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or extended access period. Such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.

To request a refund or if you have any questions about our refund policy, please contact us. Please include your account email address and optionally the reason for your refund request in your message.

We strive to handle all refund requests fairly and in accordance with these terms. However, we reserve the right to make exceptions or changes to this policy at our discretion.

6. Content and Intellectual Property Rights
