4. Subscription and Payment

4.1. Subscription Access: By purchasing a subscription, you gain access to BasisExamenOnline.nl's premium content and materials. This access is subject to these Terms and any additional terms specific to the subscription package you choose.

4.2. Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store any payment information on our servers. By making a payment, you agree to our third-party payment processor's terms and privacy policy.

4.3. Subscription Rights: Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the content on BasisExamenOnline.nl for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing account details, content access, or any attempt to circumvent our access controls is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

4.4. Subscription Periods: We offer subscription periods of 3, 7, or 21 days. Your chosen subscription period begins once payment is successfully processed and confirmed by our system.

4.5. Activation and Access: Your subscription will be activated once we have confirmed successful payment processing. In the rare event that we are unable to confirm payment, we will notify you, and your subscription will not be activated until the payment issue is resolved.

4.6. Pricing and Taxes: All prices displayed on BasisExamenOnline.nl are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time, but any changes will only apply to future purchases and will not affect your current subscription.

4.7. No Auto-Renewal: Our subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your access will expire at the end of your subscription period. To continue using our services, you will need to purchase a new subscription.

4.8. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period (and in any case no later than 1 month after notice). After cancellation, access continues through the paid period; no new subscription fees will be charged. No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of a period that runs to the end of term.

4.9. Promotional Offers: Any promotional or discounted subscriptions are subject to the specific terms and conditions of that offer.

4.10. Payment Disputes: If you dispute any charges, you must let us know within sixty (60) days after the date that we charge you. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any disputed charges until the dispute is resolved.

4.11. Refunds: Refunds are subject to our refund policy as detailed in Section 5 of these Terms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the subscription start date without giving any reason. This is often referred to as a "cooling-off period."

5.2. Early Expiry for Digital Content: Before you start using the paid digital content (for example, before starting your first exam), we will ask you to provide your express consent to the immediate provision of our digital service and to acknowledge that by doing so you lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins. If you give this consent and the service has begun, the 14-day withdrawal right expires early.

5.3. No Arbitrary Limits: Any prior reference to a “two exams” usage limit is removed. The loss of the withdrawal right is tied solely to your express prior consent and the start of the digital service.

5.4. How to Withdraw: If you are within the 14-day period and the service has not yet begun, you can withdraw by sending an email to support@basisexamenonline.nl. Please include your account email address, order details, and the statement that you are exercising your right of withdrawal.

5.5. Refunds After Valid Withdrawal: If you withdraw validly, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

5.6. Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period.

5.7. Cancellation Without Refund: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but if you do so after the 14-day withdrawal period or after performance of the digital service has begun (following your express consent), you will not be eligible for a refund. Your access will continue until the end of your current subscription period.

5.8. Fraudulent Use: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts and deny refund requests if fraudulent or unauthorized use is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing account access, attempting to circumvent access controls, or any other violation of our Terms of Service.

5.9. Exceptions: In cases of technical issues on our part that severely impact your ability to use the service, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or extended access period. Such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.

To request a refund or if you have any questions about our refund policy, please contact us. Please include your account email address and optionally the reason for your refund request in your message.

We strive to handle all refund requests fairly and in accordance with these terms. However, we reserve the right to make exceptions or changes to this policy at our discretion.

6.5. Exam Content Disclaimer: The content provided in our practice exams and tests is for personal preparation purposes only. It should not be considered as a guarantee of passing the actual Basisexamen Inburgering exam. While we strive for accuracy, BasisExamenOnline.nl does not warrant that the Content exactly replicates the questions, format, or difficulty level of the official Basisexamen Inburgering exam. Our practice exams are designed to help you prepare for the actual exam but cannot guarantee success in the official Basisexamen Inburgering exam.

7. User Responsibilities and Conduct
